"An organization is a system consisting of a large number of people working together in a structured way to accomplish multiple goals." Our environment is full of a lot of groups, in which organization is required. In our environment we are surrounded by schools, churches, groups, etc. Where I went to high school the town was very involved in our school. I lived in a small town where being involved in our sports at the school was a big deal for our town, everyone got involved. In a college or university, everyone has an obligation in order to keep an organized matter. Students must keep the rules of being students while teachers must keep the role of being teachers. The success of the college depends on the willingness of these two groups, plus administration, and staff members to "fit into the university structures". Organization is important to our environment and our society.
it's very true that an organization in a community consists of a lot of people trying to accomplish and achieve numerous goals. Some might be to get more people in one area, whether they change the appearance or other cosmetic things. I also think that your right about having to conform to places even if ones not used to it, such as yourself, being from a small town and now at a popular school like Sierra College. Your also right about us having obligations as students, whether it's to achieve good grades, conform to rules or other means of the schooling system.
